Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, we cannot recover the data below. Please read this page carefully before continuing.

What is deleted

  • Your saved searches and the alerts they have generated.
  • Your notification channels (Discord, Telegram, email, push).
  • Your push devices, including iOS and Android registrations.
  • Your passkeys, refresh tokens, and any active sessions.
  • Your Sign in with Apple token (if you signed in via Apple). The backend revokes the token at appleid.apple.com/auth/revoke as part of the deletion.
  • Your billing subscription record, if any.

What is retained

  • Audit-log entries that include your past account ID, kept for security and compliance purposes per our privacy policy.
  • Billing receipts (if any), retained per applicable tax law and financial-record regulations.

How to delete

For your protection we require you to confirm deletion from a signed-in session. Choose either path below.

Delete from the web portal

Sign in to app.classifindr.com and confirm. Recommended on desktop or any browser.

Delete from the Classifindr app

Tap to open the iOS or Android app at the deletion screen (More → Delete account). The app must already be installed and signed in.
